I haven't been feeling like myself over the last month, which means I haven't been eating like I should. But here's where "learning how to eat" has come into play in my life. Even though I've been making unhealthy choices, I am not gaining any of the weigh I've lost back! Somewhere along the last year and a half, I learned to eat less, and not eat as much junk as I used to. That is a good thing! (so, yeah, I can have pizza or chips and not gain weight, but even though I think they will make me feel better when I'm under the weather, they really don't.) Now, I need to get back on track with my eating. And honestly, I think when I don't eat healthy (getting in my veggies, protein shake, and my water) I just don't feel good, AND leave myself open to illness. It's called being lazy...yep. I guess sometimes when we get in those ruts we can't help it. But I'm proud of myself for not gaining any weight during these last few weeks. ...
