I stopped the intermittent fasting and last week I went back to tracking my calories, trying to drink all my water and ate little or none after 8pm.
I lost 1lb. My goal was 2lbs, but I'll take 1lb, since I GAINED weight while I was doing intermittent fasting!!
I also planned out the year ahead of me. If I can lose 2lbs a week, I'll hit my goal. Slow and steady, that's how I'm taking it.
